So…the final phase of the EPA/fluoridation lawsuit has finally been set and will begin on January 29, 2024. (As they say, the wheels of justice turn slowly.)
The court has set aside two weeks for testimony and cross-examination of expert witnesses, who will focus on new evidence and science published since the last trial dates in 2020. This includes the NTP’s 6-year systematic review of fluoride’s neurotoxicity, which we blogged about back in March shortly after it was finally released.
Suffice it to say, it’s a pretty big deal.
Recently, IAOMT Master biological dentist Dr. Griffin Cole talked about the NTP report and other concerns about fluoride in an interview with Action News 5 in Memphis. It’s definitely worth watching – and sharing to help spread the word:
